beautiful location but inconsistent service
The private beach provided a serene escape where I could unwind away from crowds. The excursions offered, like snorkeling and the sandbank trip, made my stay memorable with breathtaking views. The staff's attentiveness stood out, especially during meals, as they aimed to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
The service at dinner could sometimes be slow, especially during busy hours.

the room was nice, but the air con struggled to keep it remotely comfortable, so I felt like I was camping. also, the food was bland, making me hesitant to even try local offerings. I expected a complimentary bottle of wine for the trouble, but apparently, expecting special treatment is too much. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Exceptional staff made our stay memorable
The Aiyana truly felt like a hidden gem. We were enchanted by the lush gardens and breathtaking ocean views. Special shoutout to our delightful server who transformed our dining experiences with personal touches.
However, we faced some delays during check-in. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room was inconsistent, making some nights uncomfortably warm.

Had an awesome time with friends! The beach was stunning and we loved snorkeling and diving. The food was delicious, and the staff was attentive. Make sure to try a massage at the spa. it’s heavenly! Totally recommend this place for a relaxing getaway. The wildlife around the property adds a unique touch to the experience.
While everything was great, we did notice that the service at the restaurant could slow down during busy hours, which was a bit frustrating at times.

missingWrote a review on 15 Marspacious roomocean picnicbeach atmosphereinconsistent dining
The Ambassador Beach Villa features spacious rooms with simple decor that blend beautifully with nature. Crystal clear water and pristine white sands create an idyllic outdoor atmosphere, complemented by unique experiences like the sandbank trip—a perfect picnic on what feels like a private island.
While the villa's layout is lovely, the air conditioning struggled to keep the space cool, leaving some areas quite warm. The dining options also left me wanting more. despite the beautiful setting, the food often lacked the punch of spice and flavor I crave, making me rely heavily on bread and butter for meals. Coupled with inconsistent wine quality at inflated prices, it detracted from the overall experience.
