the room was nice, but the air con struggled to keep it remotely comfortable, so I felt like I was camping. also, the food was bland, making me hesitant to even try local offerings. I expected a complimentary bottle of wine for the trouble, but apparently, expecting special treatment is too much. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

However, we faced some delays during check-in. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room was inconsistent, making some nights uncomfortably warm.

my stay at aiyana resort & spa was impeccable! the location is perfect, right on the beach. i loved how spacious the prestige beach villa was, blending beautifully with nature. the food was sensational, highlighting fresh local ingredients. highly recommend the mangrove and sand bank excursions—they were amazing!

Crystal clear water and pristine white sands create an idyllic outdoor atmosphere, complemented by unique experiences like the sandbank trip—a perfect picnic on what feels like a private island.

The dining options also left me wanting more. despite the beautiful setting, the food often lacked the punch of spice and flavor I crave, making me rely heavily on bread and butter for meals. Coupled with inconsistent wine quality at inflated prices, it detracted from the overall experience.
